Our quest to purchase a campervan led us to Sean at Carefree Campers in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead. We liked the look of one of his vans on the Internet and having done our research and visited other companies to look at vans, we ultimately decided to purchase from Sean. We were really taken firstly with the exterior look of “Papa Smurf” who we purchased, and also with the quality and attention to detail of the build of the interior of the van. We felt that the build made the best use of the space in terms of storage and it was also the most aesthetically pleasing and easy to use. We decided to go for extras including an extra cupboard, Solar Panel, awning and tow bar and all of this was work was completed swiftly and professionally. When we collected the van, Sean went to great lengths to talk us through everything so that we felt comfortable and he also made some great recommendations of where to purchase kit for use within the van. We felt that of all the companies we visited, Sean was the most knowledgeable, and the most passionate about owning and holidaying in a Camper Van. Sean was very generous with his time and expertise which we were very grateful for. We could tell that he loves working within the industry of Camper Van Sales and Camper Van Hire. We were so pleased with our experience that we will also be renting out “Papa Smurf” through Carefree Campers and we look forward to a continued happy relationship with this company.
